Such a positive experience and now I have my super sonic hearing back. Bindya makes you feel at ease and is very considerate. Just a lovely person overall. We are so grateful to Bindya for accommodating us when we called regarding our son’s ear wax removal. She was so understanding of the discomfort he was experiencing and, most importantly, recognised how anxious he was feeling.
She took the time to make him feel comfortable and at ease, clearly explained what was going to happen, and gently guided him through the whole process. She also explained the next steps and showed my son how he could help prevent the issue from happening again in the future.

The clinic is beautiful, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and professional. Bindya was fantastic while testing my children's hearing. She was incredibly patient and made them feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and they responded so well to her.
